HOPE Community Church
March 30, 2018
As a prelude to the celebration of Easter morning, Christians have traditionally gathered on Good Friday evening to worship in the shadow of the Crucifixion. The worship is very quiet and reflective and we share in prayer, God's Word and the Lord's Table. This time spent in the common Spirit and the Father's presence has proven to increase the joy of Resurrection Sunday many times. We would love to spend this hour with you.
Please contact us if you should have questions.
Each month, HOPE Community Church partners with others in the Minicassia area to distribute food provided by the Idaho Food Bank. It is a wonderful opportunity to show the love of Christ to our neighbors as we work together to provide for their needs.
The distribution site is First Christian-Praise Chapel in Rupert where we meet on Third Tuesday of each month. We begin preparations at 10:00 with most volunteers working from 10:30 AM to 1:00 PM. All are welcome to help but be aware that you will be outdoors in all kinds of Idaho weather for this time. Be prepared to be on your feet for these hours as we set up, serve and clean up.
If you have questions please let us know.
